The Drop-In Center, operated by Community Action, Inc., serves as Haverhill's only drop-in day program for the area's homeless and indigent individuals. The people we serve are the aged, indigent, homeless, near-homeless, and those at risk for substance abuse and HIV. Safe haven offering year round day shelter and extensive opportunities for receiving assistance and referrals.
